Ingredients:

  • 4 turkey legs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 1 lemon (for squeezing)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Turkey Legs: Pat the turkey legs dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil to ensure they don’t stick to the grill.
